Raspberry S’more Bites

Raspberry S’more Bites

The other night, my wife and I decided to do a “small plates” dinner. As part of one round of snacks, I decided to do a slight derivation of my Sweet Fruit and Cracker Bites, making little mini S’more bites. As it turns out, I didn’t have any graham crackers on hand, but Wheat Thins proved to be a very suitable alternative. And the end result was an obviously-tasty and easy-to-make treat.

  • Graham Crackers, broken into individual pieces
  • Nutella
  • Marshmallows (cut in half and roasted)
  • Raspberries (or other fruit, as desired)

  1. Top each cracker with a layer of Nutella spread, a roasted marshmallow half, and a raspberry. (Note: If you don’t have a gas stove or other easy way to roast the marshmallows, you can pop the crackers into a 400° F oven for a couple minutes (before adding the fruit) to soften the marshmallows.)

As mentioned above, if you don’t have graham crackers on hand, using something like Wheat Thins does the trick just as well. And feel free to swap out the Nutella for an actual square of chocolate if you desire. The important thing to note is that this is a very easy and flexible snack, perfect for kids and/or to satisfying a craving for something sweet.

Bon Appétit!
