Hey there! I’m Anthony, a mobile and front-end Web developer by day and a food aficionado by night. And this is my little corner of the Web where I focus on food and cooking.

While I’m by no means a professional chef, I do love to cook. I enjoy trying new recipes, experimenting with different ingredients and techniques, finding healthy and natural alternatives, and most of all, enjoying the spoils of my culinary efforts — especially when it’s a crowd-pleaser like my internationally-acclaimed pizza*.

But I don’t just enjoy cooking for my sake. I love to cook for other people. I get an immense amount of satisfaction in preparing food for others and letting them enjoy one of my creations. If you have ever been my guest for a homemade meal, you know that I like to let my guests sit back and relax while I prepare tasty food. I can’t help it. It’s who I am. It’s what I do.

At the beginning of 2013, I made a fundamental change to my cooking and eating habits, making a concerted effort to eat healthful, balanced meals prepared with fresh and natural ingredients. Ever since making this change, along with an increased focus on my overall fitness, I’ve noticed huge changes in my overall well-being. As such, I’m increasingly determined to help myself, my family, and my friends make good food decisions.


* Internationally-acclaimed pizza? Really? Yup. Really. It’s been verbally acclaimed by satisfied friends from Canada, Germany, Nepal, and the good old United States of America. So yeah, I label it as “internationally-acclaimed”.
